  • 7:00 pmIn Search of Israeli Cuisine Join us as we open our 23rd season with a culinary journey through Israel from top to bottom, and discover that “Israeli cuisine” is in fact a delectable amalgam of the more than 100 cultures that make up the country today. * Subsequent to the opening event at the Jewish Community Center, the festival will take place at the Midtown Cinema.

** Ticket price for Opening Night is $15 for the film and dessert reception, OR $36, which additionally includes a pre-screening Israeli feast [See Special Events]. Matinees at the Midtown are $8 (Exception: Tuesday’s 11:00 “One Just for Me” tickets are $10.). Evening screenings (from 5:00) are $9. Online ticketing for Midtown screenings may vary.
